Word Pro Virtual Assistant

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a VA?

VA stands for Virtual Assistant. Virtual Assistants are entrepreneurs who have experience and training in a variety of administrative functions. Much like an administrative assistant who may work full-time on-site, they provide businesses the support they need without the additional cost of office space, benefits or fixed salaries because they work out of their own office.

Virtual Assistants use their organization skills to help businesses free up time to do what they need to do to have a successful, booming business. Instead of wasting their valuable time doing administrative tasks, business owners will outsource those administrative tasks to a reliable and qualified VA.

Because you don't hire a Virtual Assistant on a full-time basis, you have the freedom to use their services on an "as needed" basis.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

Senior News has been working with Word Pro for years. Sue types all our articles for our newspaper. She uses Quark software and formats the articles so they are ready for the layout. All of her work is quality work and she always meets our deadlines.

We also have her do Internet research and write some articles when our deadlines are closing in and we don't have time.

It is always a pleasure working with Sue -- she goes that extra mile for us.
